Shipping Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern the shipping fees, returns fees, taxes, customs fees and duties as well as refund policy associated with purchasing products from ITHONI ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein. Please carefully read and understand the following information before making a purchase.
Order and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Any incorrect address details will often result in the parcel being returned to the sender or delivered to wrong person, in which case you will be charged for re-delivery. ITHONI will not be responsible for any misplaced or unclaimed parcels by the courier company.
Delivery Time
Orders can takes 24 to 48 hours to be processed and shipped. Orders will arrive within 3 - 6 days standard shipping and 2-4 express shipping .
We are not responsible for delays outside of our control. If delivery of the products to you is delayed by an event outside our control (e.g. because of postal/courier delays, logistics or bad weather), we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
PLEASE NOTE: The times below are estimates given by our couriers. Working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.
Delivery Fee
Shipping cost will be carried by the customer. For express shipping the buyer selects the designated express shipping at the checkout.
TAXES/CUSTOMS/VAT
Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country.
Estimation: For European Union countries there will be no additional import tax charges. All orders from USA are tax free value if the total is under $800. For all other international countries, orders may be subject to local customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country. We advise checking local import duty tax charges before ordering.
Delays: Customs processing can cause delays in the delivery of your order. We have no control over these processes, and we cannot guarantee delivery times. Please consider this when placing an order.
Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including the recipient's name, delivery address, and other necessary details. Any inaccuracies in this information may result in customs clearance issues.
Customs Declaration: We will accurately declare the contents and value of your shipment on the required customs documentation. Falsifying this information is illegal and can lead to severe consequences.
Unpaid Fees: In the event that you refuse to pay the customs fees and duties required to release your order, it may be returned to ITHONI or else destroyed. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs and fees associated with the return.
If you receive your product and it has been damaged during shipment, please email us at info@ithoni.com as soon as possible. Include a description of the damages and include pictures. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly and for your refund to be actioned quickly.
Non-Delivery: If your order is not delivered due to customs issues and is returned to ITHONI, we will refund the purchase price, excluding shipping costs and any customs-related fees we may incur.
