Electronic Return Form

We remind you that items must be returned intact, in their original condition and with all tags attached within 14 days from receipt of your order.

• Please complete the online Return Form.
• If you received an order note with your parcel, put it back with your return or simply print the email confirmation of return form and add inside the return package so your return will be traced to your order.
• Write visibly the return address and use the secured postal service of your choice.
• Return shipping cost will be carried by the buyer unless faulty or wrong items have been delivered.
• Please ensure that the items are in their original condition and that the labels are attached, otherwise we will not be able to accept the goods returned or provide a refund. More information on Return Policy

ITHONI customer service will contact you within 24-48hrs to confirm the receipt of your return request.

Once ITHONI confirms the conformity of your return, a reimbursement to you will follow immediately, the amount corresponding to the product which is the subject of the return excluding the delivery costs. ITHONI will cover the return shipping cost in case of faulty or wrong items delivered.

You must entrust a carrier with you return items, in perfect condition, no later than 14 (fourteen) days.

This period is deemed to have been respected if you return the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period, at your expense and via an appropriate delivery method, to the return address.

To return products, please refer to section 4 "Return Policy" below.

The right to return may be exercised if the following conditions are met:

1. The return sent is within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the products.
2. The products must not be used, worn or washed and must comply with the conditions in the Conformity Checks section.
3. The identification label with the disposable seal is always attached to the products and forms an integral part of them.
4. Products are returned in their original packaging.
5. The products are entrusted to the carrier within 14 (fourteen) days after receipt.
6. The products are not damaged.

ITHONI will refund the full price of the products purchased if the above conditions are satisfied. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, unless faulty or wrong items have been delivered.
If the returned products cannot be accepted because the above conditions are not met, you will be notified and you may choose to have the products returned at your expense. If you refuse this delivery, ITHONI reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for their purchase.
